Welcome to Goolsby’s Home Inspection – I am a highly experienced inspector who has years of experience with the homes here. We are InterNACHI Certified, detail-oriented, and focused on providing the best home inspections in the industry.
We’ve been in your shoes when it comes to purchasing your dream home – so we know what goes along with it. We invite you to be on the inspection with us, and we are happy to educate you along the way as you experience the inspection walkthrough, learning about your future home.
We like to take our time with our clients, especially first-time homebuyers to make sure they understand where important components are located in the house, discuss maintenance of certain systems, and answer any questions about the home they might have or not fully understand.

ABOUT OUR OWNER – JOSEPH GOOLSBY
My name Is Joseph Goolsby I have always enjoyed learning new skills and trades. I grew up in a family where everyone was a different trade, so I got to learn and see many trades in action growing up. I have done many different types of management and leadership-type jobs. But it always felt like I was missing something. Then I decided to get certified and licensed as a home inspector and I found my missing piece. I enjoy helping clients make the best decision they can on probably the largest investment they will ever make. I am also a licensed foster parent and love to spend time and teach my kids about the outdoors.
